What we do – how we do it

We are creating a new website for DVHH and are copying over all information from the old DVHH website.
The new site consists of a number of subdomain websites, the are listed on the Architecure page.
The Team Leader sets up the websites at our hosting provider Hostinger.com and installs WordPress on the site.
The Team Leader then appoints an Administrator and Editor for each site.
The Administrator sets up the basic site as explained on the Site Setup page.
The Editor – then sets up the needed pages on the new site and copies text, images and anything else from the old DVHH site and places the material on the new pages.
An auditor then checks the new site against the old site and logs any errors, missing material, missing pages, and missing or incorrect links. The auditor sends a report to the Team Leader who in turn works with the site Administrator and Editor to make the necessary corrections.
The site is then re-audited.
When the site is completed it will be so marked on our Architecture page.
When all the copying tasks have been completed we will transition over to the continuing upkeep and maintenance of the website and the old website will be deleted. The maintenance task will be done by a DVHH Webmaster and Editors (called Coordinators on the old site).
